General registration deadline: 30 September 2025 (23:59 EEST).

Registration fee (until 31 August 2025): 100 euros
Students (masters, PhD): free of charge
Late registration fee (from 01 September 2025 onwards): 150 euros
Conference dinner (optional, on 16 October 2025): 50 euros per person
Live stream: free of charge, no registration needed

A live stream of the event will be available for viewing only. Please note that there will be no interaction (e.g., Q&A), and no certificates will be issued for the online attendees.

Abstract submission

The abstract submission deadline has passed and we are no longer accepting submissions.

Cancellations

Cancellations are possible until 31 August 2025, with a 50% refund of the registration fee and a full refund of the conference dinner payment (if applicable). After this date, no refunds will be issued.

NB! If your contribution is rejected by the SOC, you have the right to request a full refund of your registration fee.
