Payment

• Registration fee (until 31 August 2025): 100 euros
• Students (masters, PhD): free of charge
• Late registration fee (from 01 September 2025 onwards): 150 euros
• Conference dinner (optional, on 16 October 2025): 50 euros per person

NB! Please make sure the information is correct when entering the data as the invoice will be issued automatically and it is not possible to make any changes later. If you need the invoice, please e-mail us at exohost@ut.ee as they are issued but not sent out automatically.

Payment will be possible through this page or via bank transfer. NB! The payment system activates along with the registration form on 26 February 2025.

Cancellations

Cancellations are possible until 31 August 2025, with a 50% refund of the registration fee and a full refund of the conference dinner payment (if applicable). After this date, no refunds will be issued. If your contribution is rejected by the SOC, you have the right to request a full refund of your registration fee.
