- Registration fee (until 31 August 2025): 100 euros
- Students (masters, PhD): free of charge
- Late registration fee (from 01 September 2025 onwards): 150 euros
- Conference dinner (optional, on 16 October 2025): 50 euros per person
- Live stream: free of charge, no registration needed
A live stream of the event will be available for viewing only. Please note that there will be no interaction (e.g., Q&A), and no certificates will be issued for the online attendees.

Abstract submission
The abstract submission deadline is 28 April 2025. You can submit your contribution (for a talk or a poster) in the registration form.
NB! The abstracts (along with the authors’ names and affiliations) will be made publicly available.
We will provide free accommodation for up to 16 students based on scientific contribution. Accommodation in twin rooms will be provided from Monday, October 13, to Friday, October 17.
Cancellations
Cancellations are possible until 31 August 2025, with a 50% refund of the registration fee and a full refund of the conference dinner payment (if applicable). After this date, no refunds will be issued.
NB! If your contribution is rejected by the SOC, you have the right to request a full refund of your registration fee.
