Some of the hotels in the center of Tartu are pre-booked (13-18 October 2025) to guarantee accommodation for the attendees. The pre-bookings are valid until 15.09.2025; after that, bookings can only be made if there is availability in the hotels. We recommend booking rooms in advance!

The keyword will automatically provide a 10% discount (from the best daily rate). Guests can book rooms on the hotel website using the discount code, and they can choose the room type and dates according to their preferences/needs.
